Flue gas cleaning
With our dry sorption technology, we offer an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for reducing pollutants in industrial exhaust gases. Without additional wastewater and with minimal maintenance, our processes reliably remove pollutants from the exhaust stream. Benefit from flexible, sustainable exhaust gas purification that can be easily integrated into your existing system – for cleaner air and a healthier environment.

Conditioned dry sorption
Conditioned dry sorption enables improved separation of pollutant components from the flue gas. This is achieved through the additional injection of water, for example, by using an evaporative cooler. As a further benefit, this process also significantly reduces the temperature of the gas mixture.

Trockensorption
In dry sorption, an additive is added to the flue gas that, due to its properties, is particularly suitable for adsorbing or absorbing the pollutants contained in the flue gas. According to the adsorption or absorption principle, the pollutant molecules adhere to the surface of the sorbent in the exhaust gas or reaction channel or are bound through a chemical reaction. When injecting the sorbent, care must be taken to ensure a uniform distribution of the agent in the gas stream. In the downstream fabric filter, the solids are separated, and a large portion of the sorbent is recirculated.

The use of ETM flue gas cleaning not only reduces acidic pollutant components but also minimizes ecotoxic pollutants. This is achieved through the addition of materials such as activated carbon or coke from a furnace. Our systems are specifically tailored to your application and operate on the principle of dry sorption or conditioned dry sorption.
