Electrostatic precipitators - dust extraction systems

Our electrostatic precipitators are designed as dry plate electrostatic precipitators. With our many years of experience, we develop electrostatic precipitator systems that guarantee maximum efficiency, reliability, and low maintenance. Our electrostatic precipitators are frequently used for hot gas dust collection, as they are particularly resistant to heat and also insensitive to sparks carried in the gas. Our solutions are tailored to the specific needs of various industries – from power plants to production facilities – thus ensuring environmental compliance and optimizing your operational processes.

How it works

In the electrostatic precipitator, the dust particles are separated from the gas according to the principle of electrostatic deposition.
The spray electrodes positioned between the precipitation plates generate an electric field using high voltage, electrically charging the dust particles. As they move through the electric field, the negatively charged dust particles are transported to the positively charged precipitation electrons and deposited.

The electrode systems in the electrostatic precipitator are cleaned at regular intervals by a knocking system. This causes the adhering dust to fall into the funnels located below the electrodes and from there into the designated discharge system.
